And the people of God are fitted up every where to stand in the hour of temptation which they are soon to meet. I saw a great light resting upon them, and they united in the message, and fearlessly proclaimed with great power the third angel’s message. {1SG 193.2}

2 What are the two parts to the Loud Cry?

The second angel’s message is, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” And in the loud cry of the third angel’s message a voice is heard from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” {Mar 189.1}

Third Angel’s message and the Loud Cry

In the last work for the warning of the world, two distinct calls are made to the churches. The second angel’s message is, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” And in the loud cry of the third angel’s message a voice is heard from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. These announcements, uniting with the third angel’s message, constitute the final warning to be given to the inhabitants of the earth. {GC 604.1}

4 What is the difference between “Babylon is fallen” in the second angel’s message of Revelation 14, as given in the summer of 1844, and “Babylon is fallen” in the Loud Cry of Revelation 18?

The Loud Cry of “Babylon is fallen” refers to the time when the Sunday law was made, but in 1844 this cry did not refer to that same event.

“Her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” Revelation 18:5

5 Babylon is become: “the habitation of devils,” “the hold of every foul spirit,” “and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.”  Explain each of these elements.

What had once been the the dwelling place of God, was no longer because the rulers had made themselves capative of Satan. They allowed the devil to take over and be the ruler of their being. The cage represents; The senses, the nerves, the passions, the organs of men, were worked by supernatural agencies in the indulgence of the vilest lust. 

They had chosen a ruler who chained them to his car as captive… Satanic agencies were incorporated with men. The bodies of human beings, made for the dwelling place of God, had become the habitation of demons. The senses, the nerves, the passions, the organs of men, were worked by supernatural agencies in the indulgence of the vilest lust. The very stamp of demons was impressed upon the countenances of men. Human faces reflected the expression of the legions of evil with which they were possessed. {DA 36.3}

– wine and fornication. fornication is when the Sabbath will be changed by the pope, while wine refers to false doctrines. this all shows that everything got so bad that the earthly leaders will hate everyone who does not comply to keeping the sabbath they made.

But the man of sin, exalting himself above God, sitting in the temple of God, and showing himself to be God, thought to change times and laws. This power, thinking to prove that it was not only equal to God, but above God, changed the rest day, placing the first day of the week where the seventh should be. And the Protestant world has taken this child of the papacy to be regarded as sacred. In the Word of God this is called her fornication.  {7BC 979.7}

The wine of Babylon is the exalting of the false and spurious sabbath above the Sabbath which the Lord Jehovah hath blessed and sanctified for the use of man, also [it is] the immortality of the soul. These kindred heresies, and the rejection of the truth, convert the church into Babylon. Kings, merchants, rulers, and religious teachers are all in corrupt harmony.  {2SM 68.2}

The fallen denominational churches are Babylon. Babylon has been fostering poisonous doctrines, the wine of error. This wine of error is made up of false doctrines, such as the natural immortality of the soul, the eternal torment of the wicked, the denial of the pre-existence of Christ prior to His birth in Bethlehem, and advocating and exalting the first day of the week above God’s holy and sanctified day. These and kindred errors are presented to the world by the various churches, and thus the Scriptures are fulfilled that say, ‘For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.’ It is a wrath which is created by false doctrines, and when kings and presidents drink this wine of the wrath of her fornication, they are stirred with anger against those who will not come into harmony with the false and satanic heresies which exalt the false sabbath, and lead men to trample underfoot God’s memorial.  {TM 61.3}

7 When does Babylon’s sins reach unto heaven?

8 Why does Revelation 18 say that Babylon receives the plagues?

It dose make a difference because in Rev 18 it says that Babylon the Apostate Protestant church will fall.  So it dose make a difference what you believe and what church you are part of.

The first call was a warning to tell the people that the church had been corrupted.  The  second call told the people that the churches sins had reached the heavens.

Mediation of Christ and perpetuity of the law of God

The core content of the 3rd angels message is that we are justified by faith, this is what allows us to receive the gift of Christ’s righteousness. Also the mediation of Christ and consistency of God’s law.

This message was to bring more prominently before the world the uplifted Saviour, the sacrifice for the sins of the whole world. It presented justification through faith in the Surety; it invited the people to receive the righteousness of Christ, which is made manifest in obedience to all the commandments of God. Many had lost sight of Jesus. They needed to have their eyes directed to His divine person, His merits, and His changeless love for the human family. All power is given into His hands, that He may dispense rich gifts unto men, imparting the priceless gift of His own righteousness to the helpless human agent. This is the message that God commanded to be given to the world. It is the third angel’s message, which is to be proclaimed with a loud voice, and attended with the outpouring of His Spirit in a large measure. –Testimonies to Ministers, pp. 91-93. Those who had accepted the light concerning the mediation of Christ and the perpetuity of the law of God, found that these were the truths brought to view in the third message. {4SP 275.2}-When did Jesus send the third angel’s message?

The power which stirred the people so mightily in the 1844 movement will again be revealed. The third angel’s message will go forth, not in whispered tones, but with a loud voice.–5T 252 (1885).  {LDE 202.1}

When Christ entered the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary to perform the closing work of the atonement, he committed to his servants the last message of mercy to be given to the world. Such is the warning of the third angel of Revelation 14 {4SP 273.1}-How did the third angel light up the past, the present, and the future to the early advent believers after the passing of the time in 1844?

Showing that judgment had and showed that in the present their where many breaking the sabbath.After Jesus opened the door of the most holy, the light of the Sabbath was seen, and the people of God were tested, as the children of Israel were tested anciently, to see if they would keep God’s law. I saw the third angel pointing upward, showing the disappointed ones the way to the holiest of the heavenly sanctuary. As they by faith enter the most holy, they find Jesus, and hope and joy spring up anew. I saw them looking back, reviewing the past, from the proclamation of the second advent of Jesus, down through their experience to the passing of the time in 1844. They see their disappointment explained, and joy and certainty again animate them. The third angel has lighted up the past, the present, and the future, and they know that God has indeed led them by His mysterious providence.{EW 254.2}

-Why does the evangelical Christian world not accept the truth of Christ’s change of ministration from the holy place to the most holy place in 1844?

in order to accept the truth you have to accept the whole truth and not just the part that you desire to. this includes every aspect of the law including the the 4th c0mmandment, keeping the sabbath 7th day holy. many know what is right, yet the follow that their own desires to do what they want to do and they just keep the 1st day of  the week Sunday. this will and had lead to disagreements, but it is important that all have the opportunity to follow the law from their hearts.

None could fail to see that if the earthly sanctuary was a figure or pattern of the heavenly, the law deposited in the ark on earth was an exact transcript of the law in the ark in Heaven, and that an acceptance of the truth concerning the heavenly sanctuary involved an acknowledgment of the claims of God’s law, and the obligation of the Sabbath of the fourth commandment. Here was the secret of the bitter and determined opposition to the harmonious exposition of the Scriptures that brought to view the ministration of Christ in the heavenly sanctuary. {4SP 275.1}

-How is the message of justification by faith the third angel’s message?

It presented justification through faith in the Surety; it invited the people to receive the righteousness of Christ, which is made manifest in obedience to ALL the commandments of God.  {LDE 200.1}

-What is the purpose of the numbering system for the angels’ messages of Revelation 14

Many only received the 3 Angles messages because of the order they came in however once they are all risen they become one message. So this measuring system was not to order them in their importance or in how you should follow them but rather the time that they were given.

The third angel was pointing the way to the most holy place, and the people  who had had an experience in the past messages showing  the way to the heavenly sanctuary. Many saw the perfect chain of truth in the angels’ messages, and gladly received them in their order, and followed Jesus by faith into the heavenly sanctuary. IN REVELATION 14:8, 9 IS NOT SIMPLY THAT THE SECOND AND THIRD ANGELS FOLLOWED THE FIRST IN POINT OF TIME, BUT THAT THEY WENT WITH HIM. THE THREE MESSAGES ARE BUT ONE THREEFOLD MESSAGE. THEY ARE THREE ONLY IN THE ORDER OF THEIR RISE. BUT HAVING RISEN, THEY GO ON TOGETHER AND ARE INSEPARABLE.  {GC 693.1}

-How do the first, second, and third angels’ messages all blend into one?

Judgment has come, Babylon has fallen, and come out of her my people. These message are all warning messages telling the world at different times of the importance of leaving the world and not following it’s ways.They are telling the world that Jesus is coming and there is no reason for the world when there is something better that Jesus has to offer.

-How can you show that the mediation of Christ and the perpetuity of the law of God are the truths of the third angel’s message?

In Revelation 14:9 it says,  “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,” And the mark of the beast is Sunday but one of the ten commandments is that you remember the Sabbath to keep it holy. This verse helps us see that God’s law still holds true even when some don’t fully follow it, and whoever don’t keep the Sabbath will perish.

-Where is the “here” in Revelation 14:12: “Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God” “and their faith in Jesus.”

The Most Holy Place

The third angel closes his message thus: “Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” As he repeated these words, he pointed to the heavenly sanctuary. the minds of all who embrace this message are directed to the most holy place, where Jesus stands before the ark, making His final intercession for all those for whom mercy still lingers. This atonement is made for the righteous dead as well as for the righteous living. {EW 254.1}-What is the “action step[s]” for the third angel’s message?

This message was designed to put the children of God upon their guard, by showing them the hour of temptation and anguish that was before them{EW 254.1}

Men are not to be left in darkness concerning this important matter; the warning against this sin is to be given to the world before the visitation of God’s judgments, that all may know why they are to be inflicted, and have opportunity to escape them…   The warning of the third angel…   will command the attention of the world.  {GC 449.2}

-What are the two purposes for the warning against the beast and his image contained in the third message?

So that all may know the darkness they have been inflicted with so they will be able to flee from them, and to put the people on the watch for the hour of temptation. As the ministration of Jesus closed in the holy place, and He passed into the holiest, and stood before the ark containing the law of God, He sent another mighty angel with a third message to the world. A parchment was placed in the angel’s hand, and as he descended to the earth in power and majesty, he proclaimed a fearful warning, with the most terrible threatening ever borne to man. This message was designed to put the children of God upon their guard, by showing them the hour of temptation and anguish that was before them {EW 254.1}

The most fearful threatening ever addressed to mortals is contained in the third angel’s message. That must be a terrible sin which calls down the wrath of God unmingled with mercy. Men are not to be left in darkness concerning this important matter; the warning against this sin is to be given to the world before the visitation of God’s judgments, that all may know why they are to be inflicted, and have opportunity to escape them…   The warning of the third angel…   will command the attention of the world. {GC 449.2}

-What does it mean to receive the mark of the beast?

To receive the mark of the beast means to follow the devil and and decide to go directly against the Word of God.

To receive this mark means to come to the same decision as the beast has done, and to advocate the same ideas, in direct opposition to the Word of God. Of all who receive this mark, God says, “The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb.” . . .  {7BC 979.12}

-What is “the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture intot he cup of his indignation”?

is similar to the plagues upon Egypt

When Christ ceases His intercession in the sanctuary, the unmingled wrath threatened against those who worship the beast and his image and receive his mark (Revelation 14:9, 10), will be poured out. The plagues upon Egypt when God was about to deliver Israel were similar in character to those more terrible and extensive judgments which are to fall upon the world just before the final deliverance of God’s people.   {GC 627.3}   See Rev. 16.-How are those who receive the mark of the beast “tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever”?

The reason why they are tormented is because they chose to turn away from God and His love. He can not atone for them because they did not accept His grace. So because they did not accept this free and wonderful gift they have to suffer on their own.

-What does it mean that “the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever”? Give some Biblical support. You could also take a look at Jude 7 and Isa. 34:10,11.

Sodom and Gomorrah were to burn for the eternal fire, you can see the effects forever but the fire dose not literally last forever. That is kinda how it is for us because when we forsake God completely we are forever cut off from God but we will not be burning forever even those the consequences will last forever.  I don’t believe that a God of love would desire us to suffer forever and if we were to brun forever then when would sin be over? Because for sin to be gone the sinner has to be also!

2nd Angels Message

When was the second angel’s message given?

This quote tells me that when the 1^st Angles Message was rejected by the churches, the 2^nd was given in the summer of 1844 and many more people withdrew from the church.

When the churches spurned the counsel of God by rejecting the Advent message, the Lord rejected them. The first angel was followed by a second, proclaiming, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” [REV. 14:8] This message was understood by Adventists to be an announcement of the moral fall of the churches in consequence of their rejection of the first message. The proclamation, “Babylon is fallen,” was given in the summer of 1844, and as the result, about fifty thousand withdrew from these churches. {4SP 232.1}

THE SECOND ANGEL’S MESSAGE HAD ITS INITIAL SOUNDING EARLY IN THE SUMMER OF 1844 IN THE CALL TO THE ADVENT BELIEVERS TO COME OUT OF THE NOMINAL CHURCHES THAT HAD REJECTED THE PROCLAMATION OF THE FIRST ANGEL’S MESSAGE. {EW 304.1}

Who did the second angel’s message have a more direct application to?

The second angle’s message had a more direct application to the churches of the United States.

The second angel’s message of Revelation 14 was first preached in the summer of 1844, and it then had a more direct application to the churches of the United States, where the warning of the judgment had been most widely proclaimed and most generally rejected, and where the declension in the churches had been most rapid. But the message of the second angel did not reach its complete fulfillment in 1844. The churches then experienced a moral fall, in consequence of their refusal of the light of the advent message; but that fall was not complete. As they have continued to reject the special truths for this time they have fallen lower and lower. Not yet, however, can it be said that “Babylon is fallen,… because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.” She has not yet made all nations do this. The spirit of world conforming and indifference to the testing truths for our time exists and has been gaining ground in churches of the Protestant faith in all the countries of Christendom; and these churches are included in the solemn and terrible denunciation of the second angel. But the work of apostasy has not yet reached its culmination.  {GC 389.2}

Why was the second angel’s message given?

The second angel’s message was given because the people in 1844 had rejected the first angel’s message. If they had not rejected the first message, there would have been no purpose to giving the second message.

Here in these two quotes we can see why the message was given. First of all it was given “leading the believers to seek a living experience for themselves” if they do not do this “they have so darkened their understanding that they can see no light in the third angel’s message.” So this is a way of seeing who accepted the message.

In every part of the land, light was given upon the second angel’s message, and the cry melted the hearts of thousands. It went from city to city, and from village to village, until the waiting people of God were fully aroused. In many churches the message was not permitted to be given, and a large company who had the living testimony left these fallen churches. A mighty work was accomplished by the midnight cry. The message was heart-searching, leading the believers to seek a living experience for themselves. They knew that they could not lean upon one another. {EW 238.3}

What were the consequences to the churches when they rejected the first angel’s message?  [A how problem]

Those who rejected the first message could not be benefited by the second; neither were they benefited by the midnight cry, which was to prepare them to enter with Jesus by faith into the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary. And by rejecting the two former messages, they have so darkened their understanding that they can see no light in the third angel’s message, which shows the way into the most holy place. I saw that as the Jews crucified Jesus, so the nominal churches had crucified these messages, and therefore they have no knowledge of the way into the most holy, and they cannot be benefited by the intercession of Jesus there. Like the Jews, who offered their useless sacrifices, they offer up their useless prayers to the apartment which Jesus has left; and Satan, pleased with the deception, assumes a religious character, and leads the minds of these professed Christians to himself, working with his power, his signs and lying wonders, to fasten them in his snare. Some he deceives in one way, and some in another. He has different delusions prepared to affect different minds. Some look with horror upon one deception, while they readily receive another. Satan deceives some with Spiritualism. He also comes as an angel of light and spreads his influence over the land by means of false reformations. The churches are elated, and consider that God is working marvelously for them, when it is the work of another spirit.”   {EW 260.1}

What is the “action step” of the second angel’s message?

Leave the churches that do not follow truth.

But the beloved of God, who were oppressed, accepted the message, “Babylon is fallen,” and left the churches. {EW 237.2}

When was the Midnight Cry given?

The midnight cry was given near the close of the 2^nd angles message.

Near the close of the second angel’s message, [SEE APPENDIX BELOW.] I saw a great light from heaven shining upon the people of God. The rays of this light seemed bright as the sun. And I heard the voices of angels crying, “Behold, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him!”  {EW 238.1}

What was the purpose of the Midnight Cry?

To give power to the 2^nd angles message.

This was the midnight cry, which was to give power to the second angel’s message. Angels were sent from heaven to arouse the discouraged saints and prepare them for the great work before them. The most talented men were not the first to receive this message. Angels were sent to the humble, devoted ones, and constrained them to raise the cry, “Behold, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him!” Those entrusted with the cry made haste, and in the power of the Holy Spirit sounded the message, and aroused their discouraged brethren. This work did not stand in the wisdom and learning of men, but in the power of God, and His saints who heard the cry could not resist it. The most spiritual received this message first, and those who had formerly led in the work were the last to receive and help swell the cry, “Behold, the Bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him!” {EW 238.2}

For those who had received the first angel’s message, how did the Midnight Cry prepare them to enter with Jesus by faith into the most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary?

“ Babylon is fallen is fallen” that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.{4SP 232.1}This call was given in the summer of 1844 .“Come out of her my people”,  that ye may not be partakers in her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached up to heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. This is the call that is to be given until the end of probation.

Why are there only two distinct calls made to the churches?

The reason for their being two calls to the churches is so that there would be a completion in reaching the whole world. The fall of Babylon had not been fully completed, it is in  the process of being completed. The change is a progressive one, and the perfect fulfillment of Revelation 14:8 is yet future. {GC 389.3} There are many of God children who are3 still in Babylon and they need to still come out before the time of God’s judgment. In connection with his message the call is heard: “Come out of her, My people. These announcements, uniting with the third angel’s message, constitute the final warning to be given to the inhabitants of the earth. {GC 604.1} It is important that all realize that it is not just that Babylon has fallen but that also we need to come out, and both of those messages are very distinct but need to be given together.

Who gives the first angel’s message?

These three angels represent the people who accept the light of God’s messages, and go forth as His agents to sound the warning throughout the length and breadth of the earth. {ST, January 25, 1910 par. 5}

When was the first angel’s message given?

The first and second messages were given in 1843 and 1844 {17MR 6.2}

Where did the prophecy of the first angel’s message have its most direct fulfillment?

The Judgment is going to see if you have kept the law. Jesus on the cross represents the gospel. We need Holy Spirit to help us keep the law for on our own we can not follow it. However it is important that we have the gospel so that we know how to keep the law.

While the investigative judgment is going forward in heaven, while the sins of penitent believers are being removed from the sanctuary, there is to be a special work of purification, of putting away of sin, among God’s people upon earth. This work is more clearly presented in the messages of Revelation 14. {GC 425.1}

1) The White Horse:

Rev. 6:1, 2 It is talking about the purity of the church and it’s power in the first century.

2) The Red Horse:

Rev. 6:3, 4 There was corruption creeping up in the church and persecution was a result of that corruption.

3) The Black Horse:

Rev. 6:5, 6 Because of them turning away form the truth it resulted in spiritual darkness.

4) The Pale Horse:

Rev. 6: 7, 8 The pale horse was allowed to kill using famine and other methods. There was a time of deadly persecution on God’s people until the reformation started.

5) Souls Under The Alter:

Rev. 6:9-11 Is talking about martyrs that were waiting a little longer for the resurrection and at the resurrection they will receive white robes.

6) Great Earthquake:

Rev. 6: 12-17 The Lisbon earthquake of Nov. 1, 1755, affected an area that covered over four million miles. There were nearly 100,000 that were killed.

The dark day and moon turned to blood happened on May 19, 1780.

The stars fell from heaven on Nov. 13, 1833.

Then the heavens rolling back as a scroll will happen at the second coming of Christ.

7) Silence In Heaven For Half An Hour:

And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour. Rev. 8:1

When Jesus will come the second time for us with all the angles there will be silence in heaven for nobody will be there. Matt. 25:31 and Rev. 5:11-13

The Book

 

In Revelation we see that there is a book and it is sealed, and the part that was sealed was related to the last days. This book was sealed until the 1798 and it was unsealed at the beginning of the judgment.

The time for the setting is in the portion of the redemption that covers the last days this is from 1798 onward to the second coming of Christ, buy mostly during the advent movement from 1840-1844. The place for the setting is the most holy place. Here the God is on the throne and Jesus because he died for us is able to take this the book and opens it, he gets it from the father. Because this is the book of redemption Jesus is the one who can open it because He is part of the plan of redemption. The heart is within this book and heart is the same as character.

The book that was sealed was not the book of Revelation, but that portion of Daniel which related to the last days.  {17MR 6.3}Here prophecy could not be proclaimed or fulfilled. But ever since 1798 the book of Daniel has been opened. Now the prophecy is fulfilled the three angles messages can be proclaimed. This is the part of the plan comes from the Advent Movement to the second coming. It covers the judgment, the marriage, and the second coming. This book holds the accounts of people’s lives that will be opened at the judgment.

The book of the heart is written on the backside and within. Written within means in the heart and written on the backside refers to the time, not the place. This means that there will people who will experience the truths of the messages at different times the other people. We represent the people on the backside because we did not go through the time when the message was proclaimed and we have only heard about them.

            The door to the most holy place had to be opened at the right time… it was opened in 1844. This was during the time of the Advent Movement. They thought that Jesus was coming, but really it was the beginning of the judgment. The prophecies are to be nearly fulfilled and because we are on the backside we need to have an experience of following the message because we were not there to see it given. So therefore will you choose to accept the message and follow God for yourself because you can not take it from someone else’ experience and say you have an experience for yourself. What will you choose?

The Character:

A defective character comes from the tendency to commit sinful acts, it is from the selfishness within when we just try to do everything our own way for our own benefits, and this is sin. The tendency to have a bend towards evil began with the beginning of sin. So therefore for birth we are enabled with a sinful nature, this is the concept of original sin. Where our parents and grandparents had a hard time with sinful desires leaves us with the bend to do the same thing. When we overcome this defective character it is not by our own might or power but the Holy Spirit. We can not attempt to have a perfect character on our own, there are ways in which we can build and strengthen it but it is not by our own effort. The main concept here is that we realize that we are the one with the problem and that is it through God’s sacrifice of His son that we are able to be perfect again. After the investigative judgment is where the record of sin is blotted out. When you what to go about building your character it is by the process of training your mental and moral powers. This is done by the talents God has given us they are weighed properly for us and these will individually help us form a right character. The workman is every faculty in man. In this whole plan God plays a part that which man cannot do, this is the work of changing our desires and feelings. In order to get through the time of trouble we have to go through the marriage. This is where we obtain from Christ a new character and new desires. Here God gives us his character and that is how we are able to go through the time of the end. Many believe that on our own when we cultivate our powers we may become perfect but that is not so. We need to realize the importance of the marriage, and although we need to strive to be more Christ like it is at the final atonement that our sins are blotted out. When we truly realize how sinful we are then we also realize how important it is for Jesus to blot out those sins, so we will be perfectly cleansed.

Daniel 9

First of all in Dan 8:14 we see that there are 2300 days til the sanctuary will be cleansed. This is like a map if you don’t know where you are on the map then it is not useful and you don’t know where to go. Then in Dan 9 begining in verse 20 we Gabreal tells Daniel what the dream means, and in verse 25 we read that the going forth of the command to restore Jerusalem. The three kings Artaxerxes, Cryus, and Darius all gave the command. However, it was Artaxerxes who completed  it.  In Ezra 6:14 we find that the command was given when Areaxerxes was king, this would end in the fall. This is when the 2300 days began.  The Jewish calender started in the spring and ended in the srping, this made it so that is was in the spring of 1844 instead of 1843 however with Artaxrxes comanded being given in the fall this made the fillment also in the fall. It was the cleansing of the sanctuary that occured not Jesus’ coming. Lev. 16:9 shows us that the day of Atonment fell on the 10th day of the 7th month this day was 10-22-44 and this is when the Jesus begant he cleanseing of the sancturay.
